Brain Power Smoothie:
6 – 8 ounces of organic apple juice, almond milk or rice milk
¼ cup frozen organic blueberries or other frozen organic fruit
2 TBS of freshly ground organic flax seed
1 ripe banana
¼ cup organic strawberries
Put in smoothie maker or blend and enjoy twice a day for awesome mental alertness and ability to think clearer.

Berry Good for You
½ cup organic apple juice
1 cup frozen blueberries (natural are best not the commercially frozen ones)
½ cup raw cashews (unsalted)
6 -8 ice cubes
Put in smoothie maker or blender and blend til smooth and serve immediately. This is great for improving night vision as well as getting magnesium in your system via the cashews.

Slim In a Glass – great for Vitamin C, low in calories, helps lower cholesterol.
I mango, peeled and chunked
1 orange (juiced)
1 grapefruit (juiced)
6 ice cubes
