Time to relax and loose weight at the same time!                                      hot-yoga

Hot yoga, is a series of postures preformed in a heated room that is approximately 108 degrees, these movements helps stretch, strengthen, and tone muscles, while allowing the body to detox  and calm the mind and body.

There are so many benefits of hot yoga, participants have stated that it has helped them:

 De-stress,loose weight,helps with depression, improve their immune system,helps with digestion problems,increase cardiovascular training,and feel revitalized!

Hot Yoga does not only have physical benefits but also can help you mentally and emotionally. Its known to help people stay focused, deal with stressful situations better, it allows you to leave your problems of the day aside and just focus on your inner self. Sometimes we tend to loose ourselves, however by preforming Hot Yoga, the deep mediation really allows you to step out of the  box and think deep into your inner soul.

There are many studios across the GTA that offer drop in classes ranging from $13.00-$20.00 a session so maybe after a stressful day at work stop over at a Yoga class and relieve yourself. Beginners are always welcome, even if it’s your first time the trained qualified instructors will help guide you through the class. After doing two or three sessions you will notice a difference with your flexibility the heat allows your body to stretch out more, and your less prone to injury. Many professional athletes preform Hot Yoga when they have suffered an injury because its very easy on the joints and allows the muscles to get a real long stretch.

You will be amazed to how you will feel after you leave, you will feel fresh, recharged and on top of the world!
